BTS STANDARD RETURN POLICY

All sales are subject to a 20% Restocking Fee on any exchanged or cancelled items.

SERVICES

The service must be a mistake by the service provider in order to receive a refund or store
credit. BTS will not be held liable for any adjustments the customer may have done on their own (after the service has been performed). In case of a disagreement, a corrected service must be validated by management.

Corrective services will be allowed up to 10 days after the initial installation or service date. The customer must contact BTS for a complimentary service adjustment or corrective service.

RIGHT TO REFUSE

BTS Customs reserves the right to warn, limit or decline returns or exchanges regardless of whether the customer has a receipt. All Non-Receipt returns are subject to a Refund/Adjustment/Corrective Service Verification Process. Customers are encouraged to retain their purchase receipts, online order receipts and e-receipts. All decisions regarding returns are subject to applicable laws. Management has the authority to make a final decision for all Refunds/Adjustments/Corrective Services.

BTS Customs provides a safe working environment for our customers and reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or vehicle that does not comply with the following:

* Not following facility rules and regulations.
* Initiating verbal or physical conflict with other customers or staff.
* Incapacitated or incapable of safely completing the repair, service, and/or installation for whatever reason.

In the event your service is terminated, you will be required to leave the shop immediately regardless of where you are in the repair, service, and/or installation process. If your vehicle cannot operate at that time, the manager on staff will discuss a solution and you will be responsible for all charges incurred.

It is our hope that such action is never required, but we will employ this policy to maintain a safe and healthy environment for all our patrons.

ONLINE STORE

All return items must be authorized within 10 days of receipt of shipment for a credit, less any applicable shipping charges. A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on all returns. Please call to receive your return authorization number BEFORE you send back the item(s). Mark the outside carton with the (RMA) Return Authorization Number. Authorized items MUST be shipped within 10 business days from the Return Approval Date, to our shipping address. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

Please include the original packing list with your return to avoid any delays in processing. Once the package is received, our warehouse will process the return, and you will be notified via email, phone, or in person.

Customers are liable for any shipping costs, unless agreed otherwise.

We reserve the right to correct, update or change our returns/exchange policy at any time without notification.

HOLIDAYS

Items purchased in store, or online, between November 1, 2022 and December 25th, may be returned through January 6th, 2023. Any items that are used or improperly handled, or damaged due to improper care will not be eligible to be returned. Please note that other terms and conditions provided are applicable with respect to such items purchased. All purchases made after December 25th, 2022 are subject to the Standard Return Policy.
